If for no other reason (and there are more reasons), Robots has me pumped just because Robin Williams is back in the land of animation. I still remember as a teenager watching Aladdin for the first time and how I literally fell out of my seat at the theater I laughed so hard. Throw in the fact that I’m a sucker for 3D animated films (hey I’m biased… I used to work at a studio) and you’ve already got my ticket on order. The good folks at Cinescape give us this:
Directed by Chris Wedge (ICE AGE) and starring the voices of Ewan McGregor, Halle Berry, Robin Williams, Mel Brooks, Greg Kinnear, Drew Carey and Jennifer Coolidge, the movie is set in a world where intelligent robots live together in a fantastic city of mechanical marvels. Rodney (McGregor) is the young assistant to a famous inventor (Brooks) who has dreams of becoming a great inventor himself.

I tried to email Oprah for wildest dreams, too difficult, thought I would try you. You are my dream Robin. I teach a Comedy Improv class on Monday nights at Redondo Beach Union High School for the South Bay Adult School at 7-9:30 p.m. My wildest dream is for you to come one evening and work out with us, please, please. They are so very very talented, you are my favorite comedian and definitley one of favorite actors “World According to Garp” is on my top ten list. My very favorite movie, number one of all times in my life is “What dreams may come”. I heard dreams don’t come true unless you put it out there.
