Filmstalker Online

By Richard - March 27, 2006 - 00:43 America/Montreal

FIlmstalker.jpgThe Movie Blog Alumnist Richard Brunton has launched his new film site “Filmstalker“. For those of you who may not know, Richard was one of the contributors here on The Movie Blog for over a year. Richard’s writing is superb, his insight is sharp and his editorials thought provoking.

The new filmstalker sites looks just amazing with a slick design and easy lay out. With Richard’s writing you can bet it will be around for some time. So if you like good movie pundintry, head on over to Filmstalker and give the site a look. Make sure to drop Rich a note to say “job well done”.

I was wondering what ever happened to Richard :)

I liked richs’ work on this site. I was worried i’d never hear from him again. Then Simone posted in my sites’ guestbook and linked filmstalker to me. I’ve been going there about a week, and his posting talent is still top notch.

I wonder though…will we ever hear the long lost “scottish edition of the audio edition part 2?” i was really looking forward to it.

Looks like it’s time to jump ship. Sorry, John, but the podcasts and video don’t interest me. They’re nicely done and all…it’s just that I prefer to get my information in text form.

I’m glad the guy is gone. I don’t care about the fucking Scotish theater up the street from him or all the stupid local Scotish news he kept yapping about. I found him annoying and didn’t add anything to the site. His new site has a sweet design but I won’t be reading it.

By the way John, did you see what the idiot is saying about you over here. http://www.sunpig.com/martin/archives/2006/02/06/revisionism/#comments

  5. Nice comments, and great of you to have the balls to wait so long to say that rather than comment on the stories in a constructive way and influence their change.

Interesting that the local news was about saving local cinemas that show less mainstream films. Perhaps you should have taken the time to read and get involved in the discussion. You must have missed the hundreds of other posts I wrote.

Quite glad you won’t be on the site to be frank. Enjoy yourself.

  6. Cool site. Thank you.
