While three years for ‘Flushed Away’ (Jesus Wept!) is a bit harsh-the fine will suffice-what’s become of the dude’s loving sister, who gave him the film in the first place? You know- the person who actually broke confidentiality agreements?

He shouldn’t get three years in jail but he should have to pay a fine. The fucking assholes that beat their wifes should get beaten up and thrown into jail for a very long time!!! I hate that kind of garbage!!! :-/

And I agree, 3 years is way too much considering what others get for real crimes.

I agree that the uploaders are the ones who should get the most trouble, but 3 years does sound really harsh.

Of course, its the MPAA we’re talking about..I’m shocked they didnt give him the chair!

Completely agree. Three years seems a bit excessive but at least they’re taking a step in the right direction.
