I agree with Scott! This film isn?t meant to be taken personally. Postal is a
comedy! Some people just don?t have the taste and acceptance for this type of
humour, and that is understandable.

I just read through the comments, and I have to admit that I am kind of
surprised of your reaction!

Has anyone here seen the whole film and NOT ONLY the trailers? Well, I have!
A few weeks ago I saw Uwe Boll¹s new film, Postal, at the Cannes festivals.
I have to say that this film will offend a lot of people. Let¹s start
listing: Nazis, terrorists, overweight Americans, bad asian female drivers,
hippies, drug addicts, homeless, handicapped, lazy and ignorant police
officers, naïve people who simply believe everything they are told,
Christians, Jews, Muslims, gays, etc.

@ Donald: hey eric, whats this about americans being allowed but not others? we’ve had some nasty hits on other countries and we weren’t even trying to be funny (hostel is a good example). i suppose its ok, no one knows where estonia is anyway right? (rolls eyes)

Didn’t say “I” agree with anyone being allowed. Just pointing out that to some, jokes might come easier from people like our own Doug at The Movie Blog before someone like Uwe Boll who wasn’t here to witness the tragedy take pot shots in attempts at humor.

I realize America hasn’t been the only victim of attacks, but none of it really matters. Death is death and it shouldn’t be a joking matter anywhere. 95 years or 6 years, it’s still loss of life and I think we take things too far sometimes to the point it desensitizes us from what’s going on around us.

Uhm, the trailer was kinda stupid funny, but this one is just.. How is this one funny? Are we missing something here or Uwe is? Man it’s so disapointing, and I love Postal so so much.

There is nothing funny about what I just saw. It’s not witty or clever. For me something that’s really is funny should 1. make me laugh and 2. make me feel better for having seen/heard it. Real humor makes me feel better. If I’m in a shitty mood and I hear something funny my mood will turn faster then Uwe Boll’s last two fans will turn on him when they see this clip.

I don’t care what anybody says, this is retarded. Hell, Spielberg caught hell from critics making 1941, and at least it was a dumb comedy! Seems odd how it took 30 years apart from WWII while we had almost 6 years. Can’t laugh at 9/11. Can laugh at the Terminator smiling.
