New Fred Claus Posters
Aside from some of the classic Christmas tales, I’m not usually very excited or interested in Christmas themed movies (obviously there are exceptions). But for some reason, the new Vince Vaughn and Paul Giamatti flick “Fred Claus” (in which Vaughn plays the younger, somewhat troubled brother of Santa, played by Giamatti) has me quite pumped.
The guys over at JoBlo put up 4 new posters for the film (3 of which are just lame little posters with various elf characters trying to look all hip). The one I have below is pretty neat… but wow… as a whole I think all these posters just look sad. And where the hell is Giamatti?!?!

As a side note, I thought the teaser trailer they put out a few months ago was brilliant. These posters on the other hand make me a little worried. Oh well… they’re just poster right? RIGHT?!?!

Now that poster is just bizzare.
Is Vince Vaughn commanding an army of little elves in this movies or what?
I don’t know how people go and watch these nu comdies with the same 5 people in it. it’s like vince vaughan, will ferrel, ben stiller, owen wilson, steve carell…to me these people aren’t funny anymore…it was like when jim carrey just did EVERY comedy movie and did the same shtick and wore his ass out
i wonder if it’s maindatory for them to come out w/ a shitty comedy every year…i just hope this doesn’t happen to the director of 40 year old virgin, and knocked up..that’d be a shame
The poster is pretty lame, but to answer your question, John. It is called ‘Fred Claus,’ not ‘Santa Claus and His Brother Fred.’ It could be funny, but I think Vince Vaughn only knows how to be Vince Vaughn, which would explain why he plays the same character is each of his movies.
There is a trailer attached to the harry potter movie of fred claus and I got to say I thought the teaser that came out a few months ago was funnier. it looks ok but it looks like another holiday movie that will suck
Bad Santa still holds the crown as the greatest Xmas movie EVER for me. I fucking DESPISE Xmas, so that movie is the only one I can watch without puking.
