Colin Hanks Joins Playboy Frat Movie
Remember a couple of months ago we were talking about a new comedy coming out that is going to star Anna Ferris who is an ex-Playboy bunny? The description was something like this:
“Columbia Pictures and Happy Madison have set Anna Faris to star and Fred Wolf to direct an untitled college campus comedy that will begin production this summer. Faris will play an ex-Playboy bunny who moves into the lamest sorority on campus to help make the girls more popular. “Legally Blonde” scribes Karen McCullah Lutz and Kirsten Smith wrote the screenplay.”
Ok, it sounds to me like Anna will show the little prudes how to be sluts. Show as much skin as possible, and probably how to give blow jobs. If that description repulses you… well… I’m not too keen on it either, but I’ll bet you anything that’s exactly what the movie will be.
They’ve just added another name to the project. Colin Hanks. Yahoo gives us this:
Colin Hanks has joined “Scary Movie” actress Anna Faris in a comedy feature about Playboy bunnies. The untitled Columbia Pictures project centers on a Playboy bunny (Faris) who gets kicked out of the Playboy Mansion and becomes the house mother to the lamest sorority on a college campus. Hanks (”Tenacious D: The Pick of Destiny”) is the male lead in the film, playing Faris’ love interest.
Yup, little Mr. “Please, dear god let me out of my father’s shadow” Hanks is joining up with what will most likely be a predictable, sad, lowest common denominator “comedy”. I have zero interest in this film.
Hey now….be nice to colin….I’m sure Tom doesnt feel too tops about The Burbs or The Money Pit.
Eh could be worse, could star Lindsey Lohan.

Colin Hanks is a great actor! Could even be as good as his father Tom Hanks or even better! It’s a shame that he left the wonderful TV-show Roswell. I’m probably gonna watch this movie.
