my 4 yr old daughter & i loved every one. if anyone can pull off another pirates movie johnny depp can. and barbossa. i read somewhere recently though that elizabeth said her pirating days are over; no return for her it sounds.

Its official. Disney is making the 4th movie. It was announced today. They signed on Johnny Depp and Bloom so far. I cant wait 2 c this 1

My daughter and I have loved all three movies and hope a Pirates IV will be made within 2-3 years. We own all the movies so far and watch them often. We live by the ocean so maybe that makes it better. I agree we need more of the Will & Elizabeth story, especially with the boy child in the end; and Jack & Barbossa were not over either. The people that say they don’t like the movies – keep the negativity to yourself! The world does not need more negativity. These have all been good quality movies. And might I say Will and Jack just keep getting better looking every time.

I honestly do hope they make a potc 4 movie but wait at lesat two to three years like they did with the second & third movie and perhaps they might base it around the fountain of youth and might help out the predicament that elizabeth is in with her husband will; he might give her the drink and that way she ll be with will forever on the ship or something like that because their story has yet to be told plus both Jack & Barbossa were going after it at the end of AWE so who knows, yet i hope they help out elizabeth & will because the clip was so heartbreaking.

I hope they make more. Part 3 was my favorite of the three-quels this summer (which I know isn’t a resounding endorsement). But take a couple years instead of rushing another installment, like they did with part 3. Let Jack be the center of the movie, no one else. And please, if you get a talent like Chow Yun-Fat, give them something important to do besides die.
