Sure casting Destro is important, but at this point I am really curious to see who gets to play Storm Shadow, since this casting will tell you right away if the movie is going to have a good Snake-Eyes Storm Shadow duel.

Ah what am I kidding, I just want to see a movie with Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow fighting, the whole time.

i agree doug, man if they screw up casting of cobra commander and destro i wont be seeing this….these guys are classic characters for their iconic look and personality…..

they are prolly gonna change the look for some boneheaded studio reason….but i really hope the capture cobra-c’s arrogance and voice same with destro…..after seein them de-ball starscream im prayin they dont screw this up….

Destro is Scottish? I don’t recall an accent.

I just watched some youtube videos with Destro in it and while he isn’t exactly Braveheart slang Scott, I guess he is at very least a little Scottish.

Why the hate on Heavy Duty? His first action figure was about as cool as Stalker’s one with mask and boat. Also I realize he is not as classic as Road Block or Stalker but he is freaking awesome. I’d rather have a team of Heavy Duty and Stalker than Stalker and Road Block. Doug, do yourself a favor and check him out, then you’ll come around.

Dominic West not in the flick as Destro. That’s too bad. I was starting to have some glimmer of hope…but I would not mind Gerald Bultler…or Christopher Eccleston, for that matter.

Well Gerard Butler isn’t playing Sabertooth in the Wolverine movie so maybe….

…i mean he must be on the list if they’re keeping Destro Scottish. He just has to be on it:
