That head is maybe one of the worst photoshop jobs I've ever seen. It almost looks like one of those old photo-op areas they had in the carnivals and circuses where you'd put your head in a hole and someone would take your picture looking extremely goofy. The expression 'get smart' doesn't translate well into other languages. This happens more than you think. My favorite retitling was for 'Not Another Teen Movie' which became in French 'Sex Academy'.
