I pick which movie, show, news, or sports I want to watch. If Netflix comes to on demand that will make it ever better, as long as it is a reasonable price. I get five at a time and recieve several hours of Watch Now time. I use it a lot, but I believe there are 6,000 movies to stream. Arc, I found the rest of the movies on the left of the browse section of the Netflix page. The link is called 'title' and every movie that has ever been on Watch Now is there...I don't have cable tv anymore, I think it's been two years now. I find useing my PC for everything, music/dvd/tv, it's perfect and convenient. I think the set top box is a good idea, but they need to work on the selection of movies. Some are okay, but many are old and B-rated at best. The worst part -- some of the TV series are not all there to watch, for instance Quantum Leap season one... You can not watch episode one or two, the pilots. How convenient... The viewing quality is also very good. Many other sites should use whatever player they use to stream because it is by far the best beside Apple. I also use the Netflix service. I am thinking you will rent the settop extra or have to buy it outright. Its a good plan.
