i’m disappointed with the features, thats the only reason i buy the dvd.
no deleted scenes?,
no director comentary?,
no trailors?…

btw, the HD war is over, blue ray won, HD_DVD will not have any more releases within 45 days.

I gave this film an “A” on my website http://www.filmgrade.blogspot.com The movie was one of the best films of 2007 if not the best. It was suspenseful and thrilling. There was excellent acting(especially Javier Bardem)and direction (right there with “Fargo” as the Coen brothers best work). I plan on buying the DVD when its released.

No Country for Old Men was amazing. I can’t wait for it to come out on DVD. I haven’t joined the HD masses yet though, SD is just fine for me.

On another note, I’m somewhat of a special features junkie, I love them. The best special features ever are by far those from the extended edition of the Return of the King. All 5 or so hours.

Granted, i’m a geek so my opinion is skewed. But I kind of expect Blu-Ray (and HD-DVD if they release on it) to have more features, simply because its supposed to be the new razzle dazzle.

On another note, No Country For Old Men was a surprisingly awesome film. I went expecting a good action flick. And was blown away by the non-cliche story and awesome characters.

I loved this movie, and it will definately be in my collection.
