(to be honest..alan cumming not doing nigtcrawer for me either. witch is sad, i love curt) and the changes they did on rouge - what happened to the cooky complex girl from the series? in the films shes such a dork. anyway. the origin story with wolverine DO have other mutants in it. he were never uniquie for that itself - just for everyting else he had ;) i think this will turn out awesome.and i love the idea with gambit in it aswell! There was already a VERY good story done by Frank Miller. It was a 4 issue mini series that was later turned into a graphic novel. Wolverine leaves the X-MEN to meet up with an old flame who turns out to have been forced into marriage to her father's yakuza partner. The whole story goes into DEEP detail of Logan's attitude and a peek at his past as an agent of Canada. The whole thing climaxes with Wolvie storming the castle filled with The Hand (a ninja tong) to rescue her BY HIMSELF. The only allies he has in the story is a female Ninja named Yukio and a fellow spook in Japanese Intelligence. If you guys haven't read it PICK UP A COPY, you won't be disapointed. Having read the comics he's in, I think he's one of the more (Only?) interesting new characters in the X-men universe. A sad and deep persona.
