i havent seen order of the phenix so i can really say im happy about this. i was hoping Guillermo Del Toro would be on this, just because i like him as a director. i also was a fan with the different directors on the movies given each movie a different feel. but i guess its good to the producers to have a consistent face….

While I agree that Cuaron would have been great, (Azkaban was when the movies really took off) Yates did a marvelous job with the last film. The duel between Voldemort and Dumbledore was fantastic and I believe it was the best of all the films.

I bloody said it all along. Yates is the one with his foot in the door at WB and if he wants to do three (possibly four if Hallows is two movies) Potters in a row, he can. I never thought Cuaron was going to do it.
