Rosenbaum can change his voice to be more sinister (much like Englund, Rosenbaum has done extensive voice acting), and the outfit is 90% in the face, which is easily done with makeup. Rosenbaum is 2 inches taller than Englund. He is also in better shape as Englund turns 61 this year. Check out Rosenbaum's work outside of Smallville. He is quite a capable actor.
