The hair colour is a minor and irrelevant point. Lots of valid explanations to having Sienna be blond are presented (Baroness is a disguise expert, origin story etc) but to gripe that they made Kingpin Black or that the superhero who wears a nearly full head mask NOT a redhead is just about as silly as complaining that Bumblebee was not a VWBug in Transformers. Provided the spirit of the character is still there, I don't care about stupid things like hair colour and skin colour. Just get the CHARACTER right.
