Some Very Cool New Iron Man Pics
One of the problems with all the recent Iron Man pics coming out over the last 6 to 8 weeks is that they’ve all basically been the same ones. Either Iron man striking a pose, or Tony Stark doing various poses of the Hitler salute (I can just hear him yelling “Sieg Heil” every time I saw it)
But now Gizmodo is carrying a new batch of pics, and a couple of them are just SWEET (I put the best ones below)
The most overlooked strength of the Iron Man movie is this picture right here. Jeff Bridges, I contend, will be the key to this film either being just another “good” comic book flick, or a truly exceptional one.

This movie has a hell of a cast. This will be a good movie.
I can’t wait for this movie, I think i was the only one excited at our Super Bowl party when they showed the trailer.
This is a movie I’ve been looking forward to for a long time. Let’s hope it can set itself apart from all the other superhero films around.
Bridges looks like one of the docs from MASH. The rest of the pics are cool though.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I think I’m more excited to see this movie than I was to see Transformers last summer. That is an impressive feat!

Jeff Bridges as Iron Monger is going to be intense. I can see him being a great advasary. His suit is pretty heavy duty in the tv spot.

in the last pick it looks like he got his ass handed to him and- did any1 see the superbowl trailer?! that was btw the shit (even tho it was 20 secounds) but- that ad was pretty rad
better then the other dumbass comercials they had on..(the beer ones always impress me tho)

oh dude war machine! i never knew that! if they dont show war machine in this one they can have a great sequel with it (if this movie doesnt pawn) since theyre showing this guy in this movie, it can set it up for a secound- but thats james rohdes? how do you guys kno this shit??
I was just familiar that War Machine is a black guy and I thought he had something to do with the military. I believe he is also friends with Tony Stark. So I hope takata is right…because that would be kewl to see War Machine at some point.
Vince Vaughn should have been standing next to Favreau in that Vegas shot…that would have been money, baby.
War machine is suposed to be presented in the sequel since,like most of the comic book movies this days,this one is suposed to be a trilogy.
Favreau said in interviews that all depends on how much money the first one could do,with the first turns into a hit,war machine is in fact in his plans.
Fav gave some info in a interview for superhero hype some time ago saying this and that next foe he wanted to be in a sequel was the Mandarin.in fact the Mandarin was his first choice for the vilain in iron man but he thought this cold turn the first movie to heavy for the viewers with no comic book knowledge so he made the option to Obadiah Stane for the first one and then the Mandarin for the sequel.

the silver suit that was at gizmodo was just a prototype of the ironman suit that wasnt painted maroon and yellow but MAYBE its lik the directors way of kinda making us think about war machine and the black dude and- if he did, it worked. cuz lik- if they make a sequel with war machine..its not going to be AN EXACT replica of ironmans suit only that its black and silver. in fact- im sure that if they make a 2nd the ironman suit is going to be SLIGHTLY different- lik in TDK or in spiderman (they kinda changed the spider insignia in the 2nd) just to make it more- idk different and change it from the 1st movie
and no. vince voughn is a bad idea.
eh? That silver suit shown is Iron Man’s first suit. War Machine looks a bit like Iron Man’s yellow and red suit but has rockets and crap on the shoulders.
yeah i kno thats wat i sayd- thats just ironmans suit without color
(and i saw the war machine costume in some comic books lik- EXACTLY the same as the ironman suit only that the color was black) but in soem other ones he was bigger and what not
