I SAW DA DOCUMENTARY,AND I LIVE IN MIAMI SENCE 80,MY FAMILY SENCE DA 70′S NOT TO SURE ABOUT THE SPACIFICS,BUT FROM SHIT I HEARD(FAMILY AND LITTLE HAVANA INHABITANTS)AND SEEN(DOCUMENTARY)JUDGING ON DA HISTORY OF LEO AND MARKS ROLES(MOST RECENTLY DEPARTED,4 BROTHERS AND SHOOTER)THERES A CHANCE THEY MIGHT OVER EXAGGERATE THE SIZE OF THE REAL GUYS COJONES.IF U SEEN DA DOC U’LL NO WUT I MEEN.I THINK THE TRUE STORY IZ BASED ON THE COLUMBIAN ASSASIN,BUT SENCE HOLLYWOOD TENDS 2 AVOID THE ANTI HERO PRTAGANUS..IT JUST NOT GOIN TO HAPPEN….THERES A VERY IMPORTANT FACT OF THE COCAINE COWBOY HISTORY U MIGHT HAVE MISSED,BUT THA DOC. CLEARLY STATES WHO THE COCAINE COWBOYS ARE,AND ITZ NOT THE PILOT AND DA PLANNER SO KEEP DAT IN MIND WHEN THE MOVIE COMES OUT,U NO HUS INCASE WE GET ANOTHER STORY CHANGIN FUK UP FILM,IT’Z DA GUYS THAT DID ALL DA KILLINGZ…..DADE LAND MALL MASSACRE IN LIQUOR STORE…”SHOOT OUT” NEWS SAYS COCAINE COWBOYS STRIKES AGAIN,ALL LATIN MALES…CUBANS AND COLOMBIANS….AND ANOTHER IMPORTANT FACT THAT THEY BETTER NOT SKIP OUT ON,DIS MAKES IT DA MOST INTERESTIN PART OF THE STORY.NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN A LATIN FAMILY(ON THE COUNT OF ”MACHSMO”)THE MAIN BAD GUT IZ A BAD GIRL.SHE,AND THE DOCUMENTARY STATES LOVES HAVING PEOPLE CHOPPED UP..”QUOTE” IT’S HER THING…SHE’S REAL FUKED UP..EVEN MORE SO DEN ENY MALE BAD GUY IN A MOVIE OR GANGSTA I’VE HEARD OF SO FAR,AND I WUZ A HUSTLA IN MIAMI FRUM 92-95 NOT THA LONGEST RUN BUT ISPITE MY LEAVE I STUCK AROUND,AND TRUST ME I NO SUM THINGS…SO REMEMBER ABOUT THESE FACTS IM TELLIN U IF AND WHEN DA MOVIE HAPPENS…U’LL BE ABLE TO SPOT THE TRUTH BEHIND THE CHANGES HOLLYWOOD TENDS TO MAKE….OH THE MOVIE ”BLOW” STEMS FROM THE COCAINE COWBOYS STORY…JUS THOUGHT U SHOULD NO,WATCH THE DOCUMENTARY AND U’LL SPOT SUM SIMULARITIES,ALL THOUGH NOT TO MANY,THERE STILL THERE.

The main characters in the Miami 80’s drug game were fresh-off-the-boat minorities, unless you consider the consumer who makes the market (in this case, white folks bought the blow)…I’m guessing based on the actors chosen that this movie adaptation is going to be seen through Caucasian eyes in order to attract the larger market.

well i just watched this movie ( the original doc. ) and it was very intrresting of what the main guys where saying cause it pretty much says that hollywood’s movie attempts where all kinda not true…..should make a great movie…btw pablo escobar was not the main man in the doc it was the ochoa family.
