Tropic Thunder Trailer
I am not really sold on this one. I don’t like the premise for the film and I didn’t find the trailer that funny at all. This is the first trailer, and I am sure more will follow – but my hopes are not high for this one. International friends, what are your thoughts?
I’m seeing this for Robert Downey Jr. and that’s the only reason I need.
I don’t know. Looked good to me. Robert Downey looked fuckin fabo in this. Bring it.
I’m very excited to see it because i love the concept but i agree that there weren’t very many hilarious moments in the trailer. It’s probably going to be like ‘Zoolander’; a fun idea with some great moments and some patchy ones adding to a mixed experience.
The trailer doesn’t excite me, but I do want to see Robert Downey Jr in this…so if not in the theater then definitely DVD.
i think this will be a gud laugh downey will no doubt own this film. did i see steve coogan in this?

The trailer doesn’t leaving me laughing, but I really like the cast particularly Downey Jr, and Coogan. I’m down for a viewing.
How couldn’t you laugh at Robert Downey Jr. in this? Have you no soul?
The trailer isn’t side-splittingly funny, but most trailers for funny films never are THAT funny (i.e. Hot Fuzz, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang), when the movies ARE. Usually the trailers that make people pee a little are for sucky movies – and they use their best (and perhaps only) joke in the trailer.
But I can still get the vibe that this is going to have some classic moments from Downey Jr. Cannot wait.

Gotta say that looked hella funny. Jack black,downey,stiller how can you go wrong hell if they had thrown in Will Smith I would have put this on my must see on opening night list

this movie could be the worst movie but i really don’t care i too am only watching this movie for robert downey jr.

Downey sounds like Bill Cosby (which is pretty funny).

Saw the film in a special screening. The movie is really downright funny, despite what people think of the trailer.
