It seems that when he started doing things like The Majestic or Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, folks stupidly stayed away. Then he goes back to fare like Lemony Snickets and Bruce Almighty, and evryone shows up. Look at Adam Sandler right now. Dumb crapfest comedy that people flock to (although I did like some of Click and Anger Management)...but did anyone check out his best work- in Reign Over Me? No. Farrell is running out of steam with the sports comedies (although I liked Talledega a lot) and his best work was in Stranger Than Fiction <em> which hardly anyone went too see</em>... School of Rock is the only thing I can stand him in. In regards to Ferrell doing sequels, I agree that they should just leave well enough alone. It would be funny to see Mugatu again(my friends and I actually made our own Derelicte shirts in honor of Zoolander), but I think at this point it would be in Ferrell's best interest to move forward, rather than stay in the same rut that caused Semi-Pro to semi-perform at the box office.
