This way grandparents (1970's) who were teenagers can appreciate, along with parents (1980's) can relate and enjoy the music. I can see this happening, but not a comedy. Soul Train was not about comedy, it was about our black music that was not always featured on American Bandstand. A movie about the late Minnie Riperton would be cool.
