I will say that I only felt the film was, at best, ok. One thing that really got on my nerves was the dialogue. By the end of the movie I got sick of doth, thou and felt that they needeth to shut the fuck uppeth. I did laugh out loud when David's girlfriend got hit by lightening and I really liked Goliath's look on his face when the girls were dancing for him. I really liked Orson Wells of course. He was the saving grace of the movie for me. I must disagree with you about the actor who played David's range. He did not just do pensive. He could be pensive, perturbed, vexed, and really pensive. It did piss me off that David killed Goliath as he was such a colorful character, far more so than David. I have to go with Wintle and give this one 4 out of 9 hydra heads. The next one is Hercules against the Moon Men and this is one I remember from Mystery Science Theater 3000 and remember it being very entertaining. Man I am glad that this is back.
