The first book involved a lot of the main character learning to grow and survive in a type of prison (jeez, it really has been a while), and the story is actually more complicated than it sounds. Zack Snyder will be an /excellent/ director for this movie, and his CGI techniques will be perfect for the setting of the film. I'm really looking forward to it.
