BTW: Doug, have you read or listened to Steve Martins Born Standing Up? If you listen to the unabridged audiobook you'll get not only Steve reading his own book, but some singing and bajo playing as well. It's a great book about what he was doing when stand up comedy began taking shape. LA Story is my favourite by far.
