They have tons of stock photography from the movie, they dont need to pay the stars MORE to do a photoshoot for a cover or poster. This looks alright... but not impressive. But it is supposed to be a cop drama, not a glam action flick so I would expect nothing more Bjorn, that is how MOST posters for movies are made.
