Well making this film in 3D pretty much confirms what I had feared, that the people who are remaking this movie just don’t get it. RoboCop was awesome because of the story, the way we felt for the character, because of the clever social commentary behind it all… far more than just the simple minded “WOW! A robot and big guns!” crap. Don’t these people see that every RoboCop movie, Tv show and everything else since the first film was garbage… because it lacked the ’soul’ of the first film.

3D films are rubbish. Forget things like character development. That’s wasting valuable time that could be spent making things jump out at you!

Well i suppose you could have some creative fun with the mock commercials in between the film if they were in 3D. Beyond that, i don’t get it either.

i love robocop but- 3D movies usually suck ass…(spy kids?) wasnt beowulf 3D also? if so then beowulf would be the ONLY good movie thats 3D

i want them to make the suit look cooler and get a GOOD actor for this.

and they should never ever ever make another starship troopers film- ive been trying to forget that ever happened for a while now…
