The comic book is about how super villians took over the world, not a group of assassins.

This should be called something else.

It does all look far fetched, but from what I understand its based on a comic book, so the flashy stuff is understandible.

I do agree with Audioout, it is very comparable to the Matrix’s plot, but still it’s own thing.

Does Angelina Jolie have that many tatoos in real life? Ethe way shes a total knock out.

Hero is a no name working the 9 to 5 in an office building when he’s suddenly whisked away from his boring life by a beautiful, dangerously thin, woman that takes her to their leader, a wise black man, who proceeds to explain that he can do things he doesn’t know he can that few others can and trains him to do said things while the woman falls for the hero along the way…

Even the slow-mo bullet while camera pans around it is reminiscent of two different techniques used in The Matrix.

Well, it still looks cool though.

Anyone who is fretting over things in the film being on the unrealistic side has obviously never visited the cinematic world that this guy created in Night Watch. Both Night Watch and Day Watch are masterpieces and if you haven’t seen them then you are doing yourself a huge disservice. The fact that he was able to make them look as slick as they did on the extreeeeeeeemely low budget he had to work with is a testament to how good the guy is. I just wish he’d go ahead and finish the trilogy… although, after the ending of Day Watch, which closes out the film’s version of Anton’s story out perfectly(the books are completely different)… where they are gonna’ take the series is a mystery.

This thing looks absolutely batshit bugfuck crazy insane… and I can’t fucking wait to see it!
