I confess that "Nuke the Fridge" is a pretty conscious neologism, however, it's meaning is not quite the same as Jump the Shark. Nuking the Fridge would be, for example, at the beginning of a horror movie, in which too much of the monster is revealed, and too little is left to the imagination.
