Not that they aren't for freedom of speech or expression, but that the thought and message of being blind is actually not life ending. That blindness is merely a characteristic of a person just like skin color, or hair color and not a horrible deformity. Life does exist for blind people just like anyone else. And very good ones at that. Mostly they try to educate individuals and groups that blindness might be challenging at times but surely not a horrible sentence. This movie is actually disgusting and hillarious in how they portray blindness. I have some friends that this movie truly has offended. It has incredible good pace and suspense. I remember thinking wile I was reading it that it would be imposible to make the book into a movie.
