I can see how it could be interpreted in a drug-like way, here is the description: "Once consumed, the potion gives the drinker an exhilarating sense of confidence and a tremendous sense of opportunity. Until the effects wear off, all the drinker's endeavours will tend to succeed. However, if taken in excess the potion causes giddiness, recklessness, and dangerous overconfidence, and it is highly toxic in large quantities. That's my guess at least. As for the sex...it's more like sexual tension as all the hormones between the maturing characters seem to bubble more to the surface, at least that is how I remember it in the book. I just don't agree with it because you gotta remember: a lot of kids are growing up with Harry Potter. And to take a kid into a film that has sexual energy (whatever that means) and drug parallel when it's a series they grew up with just doesn't seem right. I mean, I'll probably get to see it, sure, but I think little kids are gonna get screwed if the film gets an R rating. We'll just have to see. I just saw the Harry Potter movies a while ago and have to say if anything, Hagrid is all about the Chronic.
