This movie was not funny at all it was grossly and distincatably gorrey whoever produced this movie is mad and needs to be locked in a box and launched into space in a cordinated path with a supernova or blackhole

Avoided this. Avoided any Ben Stiller movies since the one with that blond chick who used his as hair styling jell. I want witty humor, not slapstick toilet types. Ben am sure is a terrific actor and person, its time he switched gears to serious acting and jolt the public of what hidden talents still undiscovered he may have, see if it works. As a comedian, he’s not cutting it. There maybe some witty humor or two on some of his movies, I would never know and no intention of seeing them either, too few and far in between, just not worth the time at all. Sorry.

Tropic Thunder is the funniest movie I’ve seen in a years. It’s hilarious from start to finish with no flaws big enough to even bother mentioning.

I would say the same thing about Zoolander.

of all reviews i rd, ur s the best. i can see the weakness of the movie but i love it. the cast did excellent performance. i love how downey play a chracter dat play another chracter. just amaze about cruise performance – very blievable. i actlly ddnt realize it was him til i heard the “s” and til they gv an upclose of him face.

an excellent sunday afternoon movie for me.

Everyone has the right to see whatever movie they choose to. However —– times change– titles change— company names change. As did the agency I work for. And have for 23 years. People say “Retards are funny” Well those who say that must take a good look at themselves, because they are the funny ones. Those with “SPECIAL NEEDS” for those who continue to use the label given eons ago are actually the smarter ones compaired to what society calls “NORMAL”. The true meaning of retard is: to make slow; delay the progress of; keep back, hinder; lack of education retards progress; bad roads retarded the car. To defer, postpone; to advance or retard the hour of reflection beyond the time. to adjust(the ignition system of a gasoline engine) so that the spark occurs at a point in cycle of movement of the piston. Such as being used as an V.I.–to be delayed or hindered. As a N. –delay; retarded such as in the US slang– a retarded person. The movie uses this in the slang form. Therefore some people may take offense of the movie at that particular part. Whether they have no children or family members or even a close friend with various special needs, or for those who do have a child etc with such needs. A person does not just have to be born to be titled with special needs, this also occurs from things like car accidents, drug users, and so on. So in the end here——– people who make fun of those with special needs, and I must say we all as human beings have special needs in many aspects of living in the human species, we all need to focus on how we use of the true meaning of the word. Not as a slang. For one day it may just be you or a friend or even a familky member—mother, father, your own child whom will either be born with special needs, or will develop them later on whether be it from an accident or wahtever. I am sure the movie has other good qualities for which it is a good movie, but the slang version of retardation could have been revised to not be of an offensive manner.
