deadpools face was fine in the weapon x time period. its after wolverines origins that he gets cancer and gets his face fucked up and starts the whole “respect the mask” motto thing….

so in the time this movie is made hes cancer free and he gets plastic surgeries to change aliases because hes a mercenarie and he shows his face but he doesnt look like red skulls ugly brother just yet…

what i want is fucking gambit to kick ass and i also want youtube to put up the wolverine trailer back up because they took it down!!! damnit!

@Hazmat, that is the plan. As I understand it Cap will have his origin story (WW2) told in the stand alone movie and end with his freezing in the ice to be thawed out in modern day in time for Avengers.

@Gracie, I agree that we don’t need to see Deadpool’s face, but it was a running gag in the comic that Deadpool used an image inducer to make himself look like Tom Cruise, so they might play on that.

I am not worried about Antman. Likelyhood since its not on the roster BEFORE Avengers, that it will get pushed back to after avengers as a spinoff instead of a spin-in

Let’s just hope Wolverine won’t suck(or be boycotted), and maybe we’ll get a sequel. And I really hope they don’t show Deadpool’s face like they did in the trailer. Granted it was really fast, but I saw skin.

Let’s not forget, people, that there is another big shit that stands in the way of The Avengers: ANT MAN. I am thoroughly convinced it will suck. I just can’t seen it done right/well, and still make it a good movie. Anyway, I think Avengers should be a bigger priority than Iron Man 2. I want to see it, but I’d rather they just get this thing out of the way first. Then again, it would be difficult for people to want to see individual movies after the big team-up. If Thor does well, i’d like to see a sequel without having to call in the cavalry every time. I would like to see Alpha Flight perhaps, but we can’t necessarliy give EVERY member of Alpha Flight origins as well. If Marvel get’s Wolverine back, hopefully they can continue things. CAN a studio make a direct sequel to a movie done by another studio? Without getting sued that is(that’s big at Fox these days). Whatever the case, I’m glad to see Marvel Studios prepping early. Avenger’s ASSEMBLE…in Toronto.

so theyll be filming cap and the avengers at the same time….with the same actor? (hopefully mathew mcanaghey)

maybe just maybe, if there is a sequel to the Wolverine movie, they can give a nod to some Alpha Flight members like James Hudson (Guardian / Vindicator), or Puck, they can bump into each other in a bar.

So setting up the location for a movie they will be starting to make in about a year is not too soon.

Isn’t it a bit early to talk about filming locations for the AVENGERS?
I thought they wanted to do THOR, CAPTAIN AMERICA and IRON MAN 2 before they would get the big team-up movie going?
Doing those three films first will take them 2-3 years easily.

alpha flight, this is one movie that i would love to see get made but sadly i don’t think it will happen anytime soon.
