Helena Bonham Carter Halts Terminator Salvation Filming
Helena Bonham Carter seems to be at the center of the cause for a halt of filming on set of Terminator Salvation. But it wasn’t some diva star behaviour or conflict. Carter was told of some family members who died in a car accident and returned to Britain.
Helena Bonham Carter has halted filming on the new Terminator movie to fly back to Britain after four members of her family were killed in a horrific car crash in South Africa.Bonham Carter’s relatives were on a safari holiday in the country when a minibus they were traveling in on Wednesday spun out of control and flipped over after a tire burst.
After the stating-more-than-the-obvious announcement that Terminator Salvation title will actually MEAN something to the plot (go figure – title linked to plot) and popular speculation seems to imply that there are Humans behind the Robot uprising. Perhaps engineering the robots to some religious motive.
Well in the very article that we find out Helena Bonham Carter is playing a Villain, we hear the tragic news that her family suffered a tragic loss that led to her leaving the set on short notice to be with family.
I adore Carter and the haunting beauty she brings to any project she is on, and I wish her all the comfort for her family in light of these events.
This is sad news. It’s terrible that her family members died in such a violent and unlucky way! :( My thoughts are with them.

If that is indeed the way they go in T4 this is gonna be the worst movie ever. What the fuck is wrong with these people? You really think this franchise desperately some kind of shitty twist?

As I envisioned it Skynet was let loose, in his brilliantly programmed wisdom took a good look at human civilization and decided that we as a species no longer need to be around. I don’t need some human to plant this idea in it’s mind, I want it to come to this conclusion on it’s own. It’s much more iconic and sci-fi-ish that way.
