I am fan of Roy Clayton and i like his movie crash, that tremendous. This story is all about An FBI agent and i like most when first turning point was came. I hope this movie got so much successful in future. This film will get good margin revenue. You also can give a review on this.

Tonight I saw the movie with my sig other and when we left we had two very different takes on the role of Samir in the film. I noted that there were several context clues within the story line that placed him in a service role for the interests of the US. None of his actions were welcomed by him (killing of others, betrayal of his faith) yet time and time again he was called upon to do this thing for the greater good. My husband left the movie wishing that Cheadle's character had been killed. I was stunned. Are we so very screwed up in this country that we think everyone is out to get us? I thought the movie was well done, but Nachmanoff might consider a warning label for Americans with a death wish for "terrorists". Or at the very list a guide book to let them know the signals for "he is working for us". Do we Americans really think that all "we" do in Iraq is hand out ice cream cones? There were tons of great lines in this movie. Great for discussion groups.

Great film (and script and editing too - production blog on the film's website says original idea is from actor/writer Steve Martin). Don Cheadle is excellent and I completely forgot Cheadle "the actor" as I was watching - he owns the character of Samir.
I kept thinking of the title "Traitor" throughout the film. Samir, Omar and Roy all have doubts about themselves, their religion (but not their faith), their superiors/bosses in their "work". So the word "traitor" can be seen to have several meanings for the main characers and many of the rest of the cast.
