But many complained that it was too much like a stand alone X-Files episode. It's amazing how people just don't pay attention no matter how many times you inform them of something. If they come out with a direct to dvd movie it will be the first of it's kind that I will watch and buy. Chris Carter created a great series, every bit as good as what Tim Kring, Jay Abrams, Cuse and Lindeloff are doing but he did it before them. I have no doubts that a third movie will be good. But I'm sure the actors wouldn't be involved. They've gotten too respectable these days. Sad. Roger Ebert described the film (which he liked very much by the way...) as a "good old fashioned thriller, the type we haven't seen in years." I'll side with Roger on this one. When (and if...) they get around to it, I'll check it out. I also agree with Henry as well as his thoughts mirror a lot of us. He's not all hopped up on Mountain Dew!
