Actually, I am glad it steered away from the novel.

The novel is decent, but tries too hard at the end.

Never read the graphic novel, but it sounds a shitload better then what this shit turned out to be.

Although I’m pretty down on the first film (It was like swallowing a turd wrapped in pubes) positives to come out of it, the entire cast is dead bar one, rejoice!

Maybe the sequel will be like drinking a warm cup of piss, an improvement, but it still leaves a nasty aftertaste.

all said the movie sucked but the Graphic Novel rocked as a Graphic Novel
I really didn’t like to see some russian come and RAPE but it happend i saw the movie and i really believed i’ve sined by doing so
So I don’t really like to see the a sequel to a shit even if millar is writing it
The movie was just Stupid that russian guy just did a better Day Watch Movie but called it Wanted

I’d say that the movie isn’t even the same story as the comic and that they are WORLDS apart. The only thing that was the same were the names, a handful pieces of dialogue, and the Fraternity and that’s it. The graphic novel was about how superheroes have been all destroyed and all that’s left are a fraternity of supervillains. Even that curving the bullet stuff is only in the film. In the novel, Wesley kills anyone just for the fun of it and rapes A-list female celebrities for the same reason.

The comic was so over the top, that I don’t think they could’ve ever translated it to film, kinda like “The Boys”. The weavers thing was pretty supid though. The bending of bullets wasn’t in the comic either.

the gnome guy (sorry i dont know his name) was spectacular in this movie…and yes i loved this movie and would most definatedly welcome a sequel..

although you CAN find a couple of negative comments i made about this movie a while ago. i thought it would suck…i was clearly wrong
