What really stood out is his affect on society, how influential entertainment is and how important it is that there are people of his stature as true role models in this business.

Cool Hand Luke has been my favorite movie ever since the first time I saw it, and his accomplishments on the track will be equally remembered. If you are a racing fan and haven’t seen Super Speedway in HD, narrated by Paul Newman, do yourself a favor and check it out. Exhilirating.

We miss you, Paul.
