Vin d is back to the movies that made him famous (hi is back to fast & furious also) It seems like first he turned his back to the sequels (probably $$$$ diferences) and now since his latest movies has been no good, he is in desperate need to accept whatever ammount of $$$$ they pay him. either that or the producers need to revive the sequels with continuity.

I would love to be on the writing team for this film... I have a few idea's of how to bring "Xander Cage" back to being xXx.

The only thing I can say I am interested in when seeing the name Vin Diesel is Riddick. I watched Babylon A.D. recently and all that was going through my head was a vision of the film set in space and Diesel was playing Riddick. By now this guy could have made 4-5 Riddick movies and been a cult screen god.

I agree with RIZE, I can't imagine the writing being that important during an explosion, besides, Vin Diesel has never been known to star in movies with character development, but we'll see, maybe it'll be a good Netflix rent.

I don't think for a dumb action film like this the writers will matter all that much. No one is expecting a thought-provoking movie out of Vin Diesel and XXX.

In my opinion, the success of this movie is completely on the director here. The last two movies both sucked imo, but let's see if we can get something better this time around.

If the bottom line with movie making is to make a profit, who in there right mind would finance this project. There can be many BIG fans of this franchise and unless they keep the budget under 30 million ( which would make for a pretty cheap looking action movie) it dosen't make much sense that this is going forward.
