I don't even think that they have been thinking about a JP4 since JP3. JP3 was so bad they wanted to pretend it didn't happen. The effects where getting worse as the movies went on. How can you walk away from the greatest dinosaur film/idea, and say it's dead. No other dinosaur movie will be as good as Jurassic Park. It's one of very few movies I can think of that I can watch over and over. If it's on TV, I will usually stop the channel and watch despite having seen it so many times before. Sure the second and third one were pretty much just schlock popcorn flicks, but I don't care. Dinosaurs are awesome and kick ass so there should be more movies with them tearing shit up. Prequel, sequel, I don't care. I just want more awesome dinosaurs and no movie or series seems to do it better than JP.
