Gamer Trailer
The new Gamer trailer is now online. The new film from our friends Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor (Crank, Crank 2). Most people seem to have either a love or hate relationship with their movies. Those that appreciate movies that are designed for, and deliver pure mindless fun, action and entertainment love their movies… those that look for more (which there is nothing wrong with) don’t. I personally love their films, and Gamer looks like it’ll continue that tradition.
It’s a great cast. Gerard Butler, Michael C. Hall (Dexter), Alison Lohman, Terry Crews, Milo Ventimiglia, Johnny Whitworth, Sam Witwer and Zoe Bell.
I think the trailer looks wonderful… but I do have one thing that really bugs me. WHY THE HELL IS LUDACRIS IN THIS MOVIE?!?!?! Hot damn his acting in the trailer alone is painful… and those are probably his best scenes. Oh well… hopefully the rest of the movie will make up for him being in it.

I like this trailer, but I preferred the french version that popped up online a month or two ago.
hey is this like a sequel to Death Race… same basic concept. Using death row inmates for brutal entertainment and it seemed that the same actress who played the warden in Death Race is playing pretty much the same character in Gamer.
there was supposed to be a question somewhere in that…
why not use ludacris…its a demographic thing that the studio’s want…sure its stupid but its what the studio wants….like you dont know that lol
btw it looks like a lot of fun imo….who cares if luda is in it…he didnt look like he was doing anything wrong…i would assume u just dont want a rapper in a movie…u want a actor…which i would rather have…but least he isnt the main character.

Looked pretty good. Michael C. Hall is in it, so will probably check it out. Love him in Dexter.
Looks like Death Race, but possably better.
I enjoyed Death Race for what it is, but I look forward to this one more. I think what intrigues me is the guy “playing” all these people. I want to know more about him.
I’d say looks more like Running Man.
The action looks good. I like a few of those actors. but the plot is just stupid.

Awww… I got to it too late. I really wanted to see this trailer especially after reading the posts about it.
I’d like to agree with the statements that this looks like Running Man, Condemned, Surviving the Game, and Death Race.
Why do they always have to be inmates?

meh, i guess i gotta see more, the core concept still seems stupid to me and this trailer didnt sell it. action looks pretty good tho
