First Look at Dakota Fanning in New Moon

Dakota Fanning grew up into a young lady and I didn’t even notice. When I heard that Dakota Fanning was considered for a role in the Twilight Saga’s New Moon, I wondered what role was available for an 8 year old girl. But then I remembered that she wouldn’t be 8 forever and was surprised to see how she has grown.
Now we get our first look at Dakota in costume on the set of New Moon as the Volturi Vampire Jane.
I haven’t read the second book yet, but as I understand her role wouldn’t be major but will play a bigger part in the third chapter.
I think she is a good actrice and not a bloody reck like Lindsay Lohan en Paris Hilton. It would be nice to see some stars in that Twilight sequel.
ha give it a few years…she is hella young…not like lohan was doing what she dows now at age 12.
The costume choice is interesting, well what can be seen, I was wondering how they would design the clothes. I like the overcoat. I can see the twitards freaking out over hair right now, lol. Jane in the book has chin length brown hair, but for me, its a small detail that can be changed. Unless her hair is like that in prep for a wig…hmm…that’s a possibility.
And Laurent had olive skin and short hair. Not black and dreads.
Just sayin.
I know! Honestly, that never bothered me the actor is excellent for the of role Laurent, it might help that I like the actor and hope to see him more in the future. Also, the teacher Mr. Molina didn’t exist in the book…he had another name, which I don’t recall at the moment, but they changed both his name and ethictincity. I do remember a little bit of out cry from fans on that issue.
ummm…no jane in the book has blonde hair…idk where you got the brown hair idea from
man i cant stand this girl….i mean if over acting is a good quality then sure she is great….all i ever see from her is super over acting…i mean cant she act her age and not like she is a 30 something annoying ex cheerleader or something.
ps fuck twighlight….once i seen the douchebag run up the side of a hill like he was on a magical super fast escalator and show off is even more lamer crappy sparkly skin…i mean wtf sparkles? fucking throw a jean jacket and call the vampire asshole dylan from 90210!

I write a story about Twilight and like you can’t resist, you have to offer up your “fuck twilight” “I saw him run” and “wtf sparkles” rant again. Just like you do every time I write a Twilight post.

How old is she, like 13? 14? I haven’t read Twilight, (Don’t plan to), and haven’t seen the movie (don’t plan to), but thanks for the info Rodney!

Um, how does one pic ruin the role of Jane? Is it because you don’t like Dakota? That would make more sense.
I think she’s a good choice for Jane and will surprise the skeptics.
hmm im a huge fan of twilight and honestly the minor changes dont bother me at all i like that they dont stick so close to book dakota is an amazing actress i think shes great
Dakota has a ton of potential, and could go on to be a superstar as an adult if she keeps her life on track. However, child actors don’t exactly have the best track record.

I am reading book two right now I have not got up to her part but all my friends told me she is kind of a big deal in the story
Yeah….And Dakota is AWESOME!!! LOVE the book and the play…Dakotas gonna be a good actress when she get older…and she is right now too..the movie is great with her in it and so is the book!!!!!
