Well I work in Tyrone,PA. and the production seems to be moving along . They were shooting the train crash in town this afternoon. Big production crew is there , parked all through Tyrone. I think its a go. Chris Pine was there today also.

ps I am the assistant D.A. in Centre County PA (PSU country Joe paterno country) and I have a book about a new, young DA that loses his first born infant to an abduction and 50 yrs later when he is the head da he prosecutes a guy that reminds him of the slug that took his kid. He goes hard on this dude and puts him on Death row.

He wins the Govenor’s election on the heels of this last conviction and when the death warrant for this pig makes it to his desk, they discover that the defendant’s DNA matches the governors and the infant he lost 50 years ago is none other. Now what the F— does he do, sign his own son’s death warrant.

Hey, simple resolution. I’m a district attorney in Centre County, PA and a part time writer. I understand the industry and I have a good intuition about such things. People will turn out to see this movie precisely because Denzel is bringing this picture home to the small town environs and if it is 5 to 10 million that these people are squabbling about, put your money where your mouth is and take it off the back of the project.

Simple, if your worth the money and the project is worthy, everyone wins. This premise, “runaway Train through the Allegheny Mountains and small PA towns filled with Toxic chemicals and Disaster looming up ahead as far away as the speed of the train and the picture can deliver everyone watching, is a good one.

This is precisely the time to film this movie in the precisely correct environment. stop squabbling and start shooting. you will not be sorry.

I have to agree with John here. Washingston is a star but not a superstar. He’ll give your film some credibility but that guarantee that it’ll make over $100 million during the summer? Nope.
