A very interesting Documentary is coming out from WB about the history of DC Comics, and it will be narrated by Green Lantern himself Ryan Reynolds.

Now some people might like to think its a little biased for a documentary to come out from the company that owns the subject matter. Well all documentaries are baised, so thats really not an issue.
I am very curious about this doc, and really would like to hear the stories of how DC Comics came together.
Who ever likes Marvel, they dont know what they are talking about. Every comic book company that still exist today owes it to DC. They made the first superhero, the first super team, the first comic book universe and if it wasn’t for DC Comics, you wouldnt have those copy cats at Marvel. This documentary will be a great addition to my DC collection.

You can’t like Marvel because DC has a longer history? DC did it first so no one else is allowed to do it?
Marvel does a fine job, and has some of the best comics ever written in the history of comics. Doesn’t mean DC can’t either, but its pure ignorance to think that Marvel is just copying DC. That’s like saying GM is copying Ford because they also make cars.
You can be a DC fan, but try hard not to be dumb about it.
I would love to see the Marvel version as well (probably more so).
I’m with you. I am a much bigger Marvel fan then I am of DC.
But even still I absolutely LOVE Batman and Watchmen, and I like Green Lantern allot as well. Even Superman holds a dear place in my heart due to my childhood.
So I will definitely at least be giving this a rent.
