When Marvel was acquired by Disney there was a lot of over reaction that they would put Disney Characters into Marvel comics, and while that provided some fun fan art, there is no reason to assume that Disney will be making any direct changes to Marvel Comics with their existing properties.
Cross promoting their films however is a completely different story.
To promote the upcoming Tron Legacy, a number of Marvel Comics will have variant covers available that re-imagines the characters if they were to exist in the world of Tron.

Of course these will not impact the actual storylines, nor will it change the books in any way. Just interesting to see some professional art with some of our favourite Marvel characters in the world of Tron.

Some of these are awesome. Seeing Marvel characters in the Tron world in action could be pretty sweet. Definitely not as a movie though. Would love to see a video game like this.
Love them all except Thor. Something seems to be off with that one.
Actually i see that Ironman, Quicksilver, Spiderman/woman, and Ghost Rider looks quite nicely in Tron world
