Steven Soderbergh has been set to make a big screen adaptation of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and now if the actor has anything to say about it, it looks like his dashing lead might be played by the debonair George Clooney.
Clooney is eyeing the lead part in pal and movie director Soderbergh’s U.N.C.L.E., not a huge surprise as these two work together on just about every Soderbergh project that they can.
I really like the idea of Clooney as the Man from UNCLE. The light tone is perfect for his sense of humour, and his swagger will fill the role of Napolean Solo perfectly.
