The interesting thing about the cult sensation Hatchet is that its sequel will be coming out without any help or ratings from the MPAA. Typically we see Unrated versions of films come out on DVD and Bluray but now we are getting the first film in my memory to ever be released in cinemas without a rating. Granted, that lack of rating IS kind of a rating once you see the trailer.

Looks as good as the first one, but I fear that most of its value is going to be on the shock gore that they are getting away with now that its not censored.
Could be fun.

I really liked the first one, just loved the idea of a slasher movie where the villain was also a huge monster that could rip you in half with his bare hands. Sure it was a little on the ridiculous side, but still very cool and allot of fun. Also had some good comedy and characters.
Thought it was great too that the fear and screams from the actors were genuine, because they hardly ever knew when or where Victor Crowley was gonna pop up next.
I mist the first one in theaters, sadly, but I am so not missing it this time. Very happy to see Kane Hodder is back again to play Crowley, he did such a great job the first time around. Glad to see the belt sander is back again as well. ;D
ohhh, he curb stomps (well, table top stomps) someone. I loved the first one, not because it was a good movie, it was just a whole lot of fun. Kind of like Piranha but replace the tits with an old woman getting the top of her head ripped off.
Eh. More of the same. The original Hatchet was hyped around the horror community for so long, and was a major disappointment. I dont expect much from this one.
