Pirates of the Caribbean 4 Teaser Poster Online

— Posted by Rodney

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is currently in production and just to remind you that they are gearing up for the return of Captain Jack Sparrow, a very metallic teaser poster re-imagines the traditional logo backdrop.

The film will focus on Captain Jack Sparrow and a woman from his past (Penelope Cruz), as Sparrow struggles to figure out if he is in love or if she is a con artist who’s using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. Joining forces with legendary Pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane).

Thankfully no Will or Elizabeth in sight! I liked them in the first film, and grew more tired with them as time went on, but their story is done and there is no reason to involve them again.

  1. I’m glad the story revolving around Will and Elizabeth is over, time to move on. On Stranger Tides should be great, it’s not a pirate story without the infamous Blackbeard!

  2. I know Will and Elizabeth’s story is done, but personally I didn’t mind them throughout the franchise. Even got a lil’ teary on the third one.

It’d be neat if Will had a cameo, as Davy Jones, though. But don’t report it, if he is, Rodney!

  3. Actually, there’s always the possible William Turner cameo. After all he is the new ‘Davy Jones’. I suppose the only thing I’m wondering is, is Elizabeth still a pirate? Last we saw she was not only the new captain of Sao Feng’s crew but king of the brethren Court.
