Vanishing on 7th Street Trailer Online

After seeing Hayden Christiansen in New York I Love You, I have to say I have a new appreciation for the actor. If you haven’t seen his segment, you really should.

But this is Vanishing on 7th Street, a thriller of post apocalyptic proportions. Check out the trailer:

I am not sure about the title, but “TheVanishing” might have sounded like The Happening, and maybe they wanted some distance with the loose similarities. And it looks like it takes place a little outside of 7th Street.

But it looks alright. I will be keeping an eye out for this.

Hayden isn’t so bad when he has a competent director. George Lucas made Portman and McGregor look bad, that’s hard to do.

It looks too “Darkness Falls” (2003) to me… Let’s see how it’ll looks like.

Can we please stop having trailers that start off with “What if…” That line is so overused in trailers.

And they probably wanted some distance from the movie already called “The Vanishing”.

Saw this at Midnight Madness at TIFF and it was terribly disappointing. A rental at best
