James Bond has found his Bond girl in French actress Bérénice Marlohe. Twitch reports that she been cast as the female lead opposite Daniel Craig in the long-awaited Bond 23 directed by Sam Mendes…
Olivia Wilde, Naomie Harris and other actresses have been rumored to be circling roles. As in past Bond films, there is usually room for more than one female lead. The supporting cast includes, Ralph Fiennes, Javier Bardem, Ben Wishaw and Judi Dench. Bond 23 is currently in pre-production with filming slated to being this fall, to meet a release date of November 9th, 2012.
Marlohe is poised to make the jump from TV to film, and this is her biggest role to date.

Attractive is one word to attract the woman, and I’m excited to see what kinda of… scenarios we find this woman to be a participant.

I’ll reserve judgment till I see it as I haven’t seen anything she’s done, or even heard of her. Looks beautiful tho. And hopefully she is better than Olga Kurylenko who has bored me to tears in every movie she’s been in.

  2. Jason says:

I think Rosie O’Donnell would be the best choice for a Bond girl, but I could never find out why nobody has bothered to try her out yet. Stupid Hollywood, they’ll never learn.

  3. Juliette says:

Judi Dench and Ralph Fiennes too, what a treat! Look forward to this.

  4. RPM says:

I’m hoping Carte Blanche is in no way related to the novel of the same name. As much crap as Faulks received, Devil May Care was a better novel, IMHO.

  5. Tripp Van Easille says:

I still haven’t embraced Craig as Bond, am I the only one? Still a die-hard Connery fan, Craig just seems too bland with no sense of humor.
