I’ve been loving everything I’ve seen from Marvel’s Avengers thus far. I was lucky enough to see the exclusive trailer at the New York Comic Con and have been chomping at the bits to see something else from this movie and today we finally get a glance at something new to promote it.

I love it and I’m already scouting space on my wall for each of these posters. Everything I’ve seen thus far is just giving me the impression that they’re going to nail it.
Not sure if you guys have an interest but although I wasn’t able to capture any video footage from the NYCC exclusive trailer I was able to audio record the entire event and wouldn’t mind sharing with you guys. Let me know if there’s any interest in the comments.

The one trailer I’ve seen so far on this was incredible. This movie is definitely one that I’m looking forward to.
MY Ending for the Avengers movie:
After vanquishing the enemy and saving earth (and Asgard too), the Avengers stand before Odin, who surveys them and zings Hawkeye after Hawkeye makes a wisecrack. But walking past Captain America he stops and smiles and says:
Odin: But this one. Mortal – but with valor enough to be a pride of Asgard. You have that which is within Odin’s power to grant – even unto becoming Asgardian yourself.
Captain America, his head slightly lowered, slowly raises it with a look of conviction in his eyes but says nothing.
Odin (eyes closed, then slowly opened): I see what is in your mind. And your heart. But alas, such laws can only be bent, not broken – even for Odin. I can grant you 24 of your mortal hours. No more.
Captain America – standing straighter but still silent.
Odin (nods): So be it.
Cut to the Stork Club – Peggy Carter outside the door looking forlornly in. Someone asks if she would like to enter, but she shakes her head “No”.
Off camera -a hand comes to rest on her shoulder from behind. A voice asks “May I have this dance?”
Peggy Carter (startled) turns – a look of shock on her face. Hard cut to black.

I have it but the recording quality of audio in a noisy auditorium wasn’t as clear as I’d hoped. I shared it with Elliot Hopper and he felt that listening to the audio was like “watching like porn on a scrambled TV” so I feel it may be better to wait until Marvel Studio officially releases something.
allow me to hear it, and if it really does suck, then i will wait.

Not that I’m complaining but I think it’s funny that the Black Widow poster is the only one showing a butt.

Sorry to be that guy but the phrase is actually “chomping at the bit”
It’s an old horse related metaphor, the “bit” is the metal bar that runs between the bridles and goes in the horse’s mouth.
Excited for Avengers too btw.

Sorry to be another “that guy”, but the orginal phrase is “Champing at the bit”. Champing means to chew loudly. Although the phrase is now commonly pronounced as Chomping, this is incorrect.
Now to remove my nerdy specs,……WOW COOL POSTERS! CAN’T WAIT FOR 2012!!!

I actually googled the term righ after i posted that correction to Anthony (just in case i was wrong and ended up looking like a tool) and didn’t see champing. I’ll have to look again.
