Rumor: Lindsay Lohan in Superman?

I’ve read some interesting rumors surrounding this movie but this one may be the most controversial of the bunch. The latest name to be associated with the Zack Snyder reboot, according to MovieFone, is none other than paparazzi star Lindsay Lohan.

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan’s “people” have informed them that the former actress-turned-troublemaker-turned-jewel-thief will be meeting with the ‘Superman’ “people” soon about a major part in Zack Snyder’s upcoming film. Yes, Lindsay Lohan. And no, we’re not lying — they’re actually reporting that.
They claim the part isn’t Lois Lane (phew), but it’s a “major character.” Could Lohan be among the other females auditioning for this mystery female role that Latino Review claims is the villainous Ursa?
Now this could all be false information to help bring any positive light to the troubled pop star and I strongly believe that Lohan will not be involved in this movie. The negative news surrounding Lohan is only bested by the paparazzi vultures that seemingly follow Lindsay to and from the bathroom everyday so I strongly doubt that Snyder would be interested in the idea of involving a star who has had enough trouble with just walking, let alone acting.

I think that she’s troubled yes, but most of it is probably blown over more due to the fact that she’s a star. Look at it this way, someone does something stupid but isn’t a star, you won’t hear a thing about it. Celebrity does something similar and suddenly it’s all over the papers. She might actually do a DECENT Lois, but who knows.
Let’s leave her alone already, it’s not like she’s Charlie Sheen.

I will not even think about seeing this movie if she’s in it.
I am cool with her being in this film she is a fine actress just not to smart at handling her personal life.
But Michael V Banno said if she was not a star yet and she would not have the bad press.
Look at Downy Jr. he had some hard times recovered and is all over the red carpet in a positive light. So if she fits Snyder vision then bring her on.

How can she be in Superman when she’s almost certainly going to prison? And how could a $150+ million movie justify banking on someone who could literally implode themselves over the course of filming? This is Bat Boy rumor territory.
I don’t think Lohan will survive the duration of a trilogy being made. They’d have to replace Lois in either Superman 2 or 3.
